Refund Policy

Effective May 15, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds work for Jamaah, the one-time premium purchase in Uaqyt. It applies together with our Terms of Use.

Our default: purchases are final

Jamaah is a one-time purchase that unlocks premium features in Uaqyt. Because access is delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once Jamaah has been unlocked, except where required by law, by app-store policy, or as described below. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country.

When we may grant or support a refund

We review every request individually and may, at our discretion, grant or support a refund in cases such as: - Accidental or duplicate purchase — you were charged twice, or bought Jamaah by mistake, and you contact us within 14 days of the purchase. - Technical failure to deliver — you paid but Jamaah did not unlock, and we are unable to restore your access. Granting a refund in one case does not obligate us to grant refunds in other cases.

What is not refundable

We generally cannot offer a refund when: - you changed your mind after using Jamaah features; - you no longer use the app, or did not use it as much as you expected; - the price changed later, or differs between regions or stores; - time has simply passed since your purchase. Jamaah is a lifetime purchase, so there is no recurring charge to cancel.

Refunds are processed by the app store

You bought Jamaah through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another store, so the actual refund is issued by that store under its own rules — not by us directly. If a refund or chargeback is issued, Jamaah premium access is removed from your account.

If we discontinue Jamaah or Uaqyt

Jamaah is sold as lifetime access. If we permanently shut down Uaqyt or discontinue Jamaah premium within 3 months of your purchase, you may request a refund and we will support it through the relevant app store. After 3 months, refunds for discontinuation are at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email used in the app, your store order ID or receipt, and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 7 business days. The order ID or receipt helps us verify the purchase and process your request faster. For Apple purchases, we may also direct you to reportaproblem.apple.com, since Apple decides those refunds.
